AI is transforming the world of work and recruitment processes. In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn about ‘future skills’ models and discover which skills companies need today and tomorrow – such as communication, collaboration, emotional intelligence, and critical and systemic thinking. Through practical exercises, you’ll try out these skills first-hand and discover which strengths you already possess and how you can develop them further.
